The cantilever racking is a special storage rack. Its structure is composed of column pieces and cantilever on both sides. There is also a very important base to support the balance of the whole rack. Cantilever racks are generally made of two materials:
1. Using square tube production: according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements, the cantilever storage rack first selects the square tube that meets the layer load requirements, cuts it into the required size, and then weld the anti-skid guard plate at one end and the U-shaped column connector on the other end.
2. Made of C-shaped steel: according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements, the specification of C-shaped steel is selected first, and then two pieces of C-shaped steel are butt welded. After welding, the anti-skid guard plate is welded at one end, and the U-shaped column connector is welded on the other end.
The connecting rod is used to connect the column piece of the cantilever storage rack and the column piece, and the connecting rod is generally made of a rectangular tube. In order to increase safety and stability, a flat iron back pull is added to the connecting rod, and a special puller is required to firmly fix the column piece. All cantilever storage rack parts are semi-finished products after production and will be sprayed with plastic in the last process. Before spraying, the shot blasting machine should be shot blasted to remove oil and rust, and then plastic spraying should be carried out. It is suitable for long strip goods storage and widely used in steel, building materials, and other industries.
