If the cold storage needs a plastic pallet on the pallet rack, we recommend using a double-sided pallet. If the goods are not particularly heavy, you can choose Tian pallets or Chuan pallets.

In addition, the practice has proved that the modified polypropylene can be used in a low-temperature environment. The modified polypropylene is the product of incomplete polymerization of polyethylene and polypropylene at high temperatures. It has the toughness of polypropylene, low-temperature resistance of polyethylene, stable physical properties, wear resistance, and falling resistance. It is generally recommended to use this material in large chemical enterprises and cold storage.

Plastic pallets made of low-pressure high-density polyethylene can also be used. Plastic pallets made from pure raw materials can withstand a low temperature of – 30 ℃. Hdpe plastic is usually used for blow molding of high-strength blow molding pallet by extrusion blow molding, and its weight average molecular weight is about 350000-400000. This kind of plastic raw material has strong adaptability to environmental temperature and can be used stably in – 40 ~ 40 ℃ environment. It is the first choice for plastic pallet which needs high strong service environment The cost of the selected plastic raw materials is high, the processing technology is difficult, and the service life of the product is particularly long, which can reach 5-10 years. Although the price of the purchase will be higher, the comprehensive use cost is really low. When high strength is required, this high strength blow molding tray can be selected.
