Pallets can be roughly divided into metal materials, wood, plastic, and new energy materials according to the classification of materials. Today, let’s talk about the use of aluminum pallet precautions:
1. Aluminum pallet is commonly used in heavy duty storage rack. Typically, a group of heavy duty warehouse racks can have 2-3 pallets arranged side by side to meet delivery requirements. This kind of storage rack is usually called a pallet rack. Some problems should be paid attention to when using aluminum pallets on heavy duty pallet rack. Secondly, there must be a proper space between the pallet and the pallet to handle the pallet in order to avoid accidents.
2. As an automatic rack system, the radio shuttle rack stores pallets deeply through the shuttle. Aluminum pallets are less used on this kind of storage rack. The basic principle of the radio shuttle rack is that the rack and the mobile radio shuttle form a simple unit that can be moved in the warehouse. The racks with shuttle cars inside are controlled by the front central console. A forklift truck (including shuttle) and place it on the central console of the designated rack. The forklift then places the pallet on the shuttle to start the warehousing operation. When the forklift is to store the next pallet, the shuttle transports the pallet quickly and stably to the designated storage location in the rack.
3. Since the drive in the electric mobile rack is a continuous full span rack and will not be separated by the channel, the use of pallets is also continuous, which also reduces barriers and maximizes the ability to store goods. In use, pallets can be arranged one-way and two-way. In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of forklift access, the total depth of the one-way pickup rack should be controlled within 6 pallet depths, and the two-way pickup rack should be controlled within 12 pallet depths. As for the choice of aluminum pallet or plastic pallet, we can consider our own comprehensive factors before making a decision.
