Pass-through racking, also known as through-aisle racking and drive-in racking, is a system with dense racking arrangement and high space utilization, which is almost twice as much as pallet racking. But the goods must be small varieties and large quantities, and the goods can come out only after the first. First, the unit work of container loading is carried out to determine the specification of the pallet, loading capacity and stacking height. From there, the span, depth and layer spacing of the unit shelves are determined, and the height of the roof rack is determined based on the effective height of the lower edge of the roof rack. The total depth of shelving in the wall area is controlled within 6 pallets, and the total depth of shelving in the middle area accessible from both sides is controlled within 12 pallets to improve the efficiency and reliability of forklift access. The stability of this storage system is poor, and the shelves should not be too high. Generally it should be controlled within 10 meters.
