The main accessories of back-push type shelving consist of column piece, crossbeam, track, carrying dolly, etc.

●Column piece: there are two columns and cross braces, diagonal braces connected by special screws, the cross section of the column is the same as the pallet racking. In order to meet different load-bearing requirements, the crossbeam can adjust the shelf height up and down by 75mm.

●Crossbeam: There are two column cards welded together with the crossbeam rod. In order to ensure that the crossbeams fall off under the action of abnormal external force, the special design of the crossbeams and columns connected with the anti-fall off safety pin to ensure the safety of use.

●Track: Specially made rectangular track with more wear-resistant galvanized treatment in order to meet the constant running of the carrying dolly and track.

●Carrying dolly: welded and shaped according to the size of the pallet, with special four wheels installed at the corners, which must meet the requirements for carrying the movement of the goods.

Back-push racking system features.

When storing and transporting goods, forklifts are located only at the lower level end of the shelf aisle to operate without entering the shelf goods storage aisle. This type of racking has the typical characteristics of high storage density and fast storage and transportation.

Push-back racking systems are usually used in situations where storage space is extremely limited, but where storage capacity must be increased or where cargo picking requirements are not high, such as time requirements for cargo.
