They have vertical uprights that attach to horizontal beams to create multiple levels of storage. The basic components of Aceally Pallet Racks are the upright frame and beams. Each is manufactured to exacting tolerances to provide years of reliable service under rated loads. Aceally’s proven pallet rack design has been a favorite among material handling professionals. The slotted design is easy to install and adjust on 3″ centers, while the safety locking tabs prevent the beams from shifting.

Standard beam ends are made of extra heavy-duty steel. They feature trigonometric connections that ensure positive beam-to-post alignment and uniform load distribution along the 8-1/2″ length of the connector. The protruding tongue extends along the face of the beam to provide additional protection for the fork during use for transport and installation.

A unique recessed safety key made of heavy-duty steel engages with a slot in the side of the column. It can resist upward forces of up to 1,000 lbs. from material handling equipment. It is an integral part of the beam assembly, easily joined without tools, and is clearly visible during safety inspections.
